This is an English translation provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding text under French law.
This page describes how this site handles the data of the people who visit it. It reflects a simple principle: the site has no database and stores nothing.
No collection by the site
This site consists of static pages. There is no user account, no form submitted to a server and no database. The information you enter into the valuation tool — SIRET number, revenue, EBITDA, headcount — stays in your browser and is stored nowhere. It disappears the moment you close the tab.
Getting in touch
The review request button sends no message: it opens your own email client with a pre-written text that you review and send yourself. You stay in control of what you share. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for three years from the last exchange.
Third-party services
- French company register — when you enter a SIRET number, it is sent to the public API recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr, operated by the French government digital agency, to retrieve the company name and activity code. No personal data is transmitted.
- Hosting — the site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which keeps connection logs for technical and security purposes. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Typefaces
The typefaces used by this site are hosted on the site itself. No request is made to a third-party service to load them, and no IP address is transmitted as a result.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies — no analytics, no advertising, no social media. No consent banner is therefore required.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to jean.trouilloud@jtr-advisory.com.
